I learned to create men’s suitcoats, trousers and vests, as part of my costume design training. Many of these suitcoats were from historical periods, such as Victorian.

These skills have been used in theater and for weddings and other special events.

– hem sleeves and pant legs
– adjust the jacket length
– make the jacket waist slimmer
– take in the pants waist
– take in the side seams (vests)
– switch out the buttons
